id221 warrants that this product shall perform in accordance with published technical specifications and the user manual, and shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions and follow id221’s instructions.
This warranty runs for 1 year from the date of purchase to the original consumer purchaser only, neither assignable nor transferable to any subsequent purchaser or end-user.
This warranty is limited to the repair and replacement of defective or non-conforming product.
and id221 shall not be responsible for the failure of the product to perform specified functions, or any other non-conformance caused by:
(a) misapplication or misuse, inappropriate maintenance of the product;
(b) failure of customer to adhere to id221’s specifications or instructions;
(c) negligence, abuse, accident, flood, or disaster to the product.
(d) any associated or complementary equipment or software not furnished by id221.
(e) repairing, disassembling not by id221 professional staff.
(f) Please note that worn battery is exclusive to this warranty.
In the event of making a warranty claim the customer will be required to:
(a) provide purchase receipt which shall contain the full name of the dealer, date of purchase, product model number, serial number (with no modification).
(b) agree to insure the product or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit;
(c) prepay shipping charges to id221;
(d) and use the original shipping container or equivalent.
id221 provides the warranty service ONLY through the sales channels where the purchase was made, with the exception of China. The following is the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure according to the RMA address.
